Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (50ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Our employees have the right to refuse to set up in a area that would cause the operation of unit to be unsafe or damage to the units.

We primary cover the Northern Kentucky, Greater Cincinnati and Tri-state area and areas in between. Aswell up to 2hrs from Falmouth KY.

We are certified by Sioto in basic inflatable safety procedures and operation. All are units are inspected by the state yearly.

Yes, fully licensed and insured.

Rain will not hurt the inflatable. As long as the winds and gust are not above 15mph it is safe to play in the inflatable. If winds are above 15mph you’re instructed to remove any occupants and deflate the unit. 

For lightening remove everyone from unit, until storm passes.

Are set up crew will go over the rules and procedures to take at the time of delivery.

Electric, 1 circuit per blower (20amp recommended) Within 100ft MAX. If you cannot, you will have to rent one or more of are generators. 

Generators are recommended for parks!

Garden hose connection. We provide 50ft hose for free. 

At least 1 adult that will watch at all times and be responsible for the unit and the rules.

Refunds will not be offered for your failure to provide this.

Of course! But we recommend you have permission todo so. We also recommend they have have adequate electric and water hook ups

We are not responsible for permission or any permits or fees included.

You have the right to reschedule 24hrs prior. Subject to availability. We closely watch the weather for everyone’s safety. If forecast calls for severe weather (high winds, severe storms etc) we have the right to cancel you booking and you will be given a full refund. Or the choice to reschedule.
